An entrepreneur is someone who takes risks to create something out of nothing. Whatever our profession and whether we think we are ‘a creative’ or not, we all have an entrepreneurial spirit within us. There is more creativity and productivity within us waiting and longing to be unleashed in our lives and work. Delegates will:
- Understand ways to be an entrepreneur in an existing organisation or by starting your own.
- Learn an innovation and enterprise methodology that can be applied to any project or venture.
- Gain practical tools for being more creative and helping those around you to be the same.

The Speaker
Matt Bird is an entrepreneur, author and global speaker. He has delivered speeches in over 50 countries to more than a million people, authored 20 books, contributes to The Times newspaper and is a frequent broadcaster.
Matt is the CEO of PublishU, which helps people write, publish, and market their books worldwide. He has dyslexia and advocates for a greater understanding of neurodiversity.
